Rutyl-base coated, high-yielding welding electrode. Seamless metal is a coarse-grained chromium-carbide structure embedded in an austenitic matrix, which has a very aggressive abrasion and has a very good corrosion resistance besides shock-absorbing forces. It retains all of these properties at higher temperatures. The most typical application is the welding of the abrasion and impact of earth, coal, sand, gravel, slag and other inorganic or organic materials of earth moving equipment, sand and concrete pumps, concrete mixers, earth moving pulleys, rubbish and crushing equipment.
